How do I get a ticket to the Preview Party or Bourbon Party?
Tickets can be purchase online at: www.antiquesandgardenshow.com

What is the tax-deductible portion of the Preview Party ticket?
The fair market value of the PP is $100. Please consult your tax advisor for tax deductibility.

What is the attire for the Bourbon Party?
Casual – jackets, jeans, sweaters and boots

Where are the lectures and book signings located?
All lectures will be located in the Davidson Ballroom with book signings will be in the Davidson Ballroom lobby.


I need a porter to help load up an item I purchased, but cannot carry out. What do I do?
The Dealer you purchased the item from will give you a “porter form”. Bring the porter form to the Customer Service Table in the Show lobby, where an A & G Show volunteer will radio for a porter to assist getting the purchased item from the dealer booth to the loading dock. Then, as a customer, you simply drive around to the loading dock to pick up your item.

How do I get to the loading dock to pick up my item?
The loading dock is located at 700 Korean Veterans Boulevard which is the street that runs along the back side of the Music City Center Building. Look for the “Command Center” building entrance off of Korean Veterans Boulevard and A & G “Customer Pick Up” sign. Proceed up to the loading dock where you the porter will meet you with your purchased item.

Do I tip the porter?
Porters are not hired by the Show. They work on their own. Tips are appreciated.

I have an item that needs to be shipped:
Craters and Freighters and Westbrook Moving will be located in the Southeast corner of the Show Floor. Customers can place orders directly with them.

We are also currently in the process of adding an additional shipper for 2018 Show. More info to come asap.

Is there somewhere at the Show I can check my bags and/or coat?
Coat Check will be available outside the Show entrance doors.

Can I bring my art or antiques to the Show to be appraised, sold, or traded?
No. The Show is only for Exhibitors to sell to the public. Due to security reasons, independent parties may not attempt to sell, trade or appraise merchandise at the Show.

Is there Handicap Accessible Parking available?
There are approximately 20 handicap spaces in the parking garage off of 6th avenue. The best points of entry are Levels P2 or P3. All handicap spaces are close to the entrance and are easy to find.

Where is the First Aid located?
First Aid is located between Exhibit Hall A & B. The closest Walk-In Clinic is located at 301 Church Street, Nashville TN, 37201.

Do you rent scooters?
The A & G Show does not rent scooters.

Do you rent Wheelchairs?
The Music City Center does loan wheel chairs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Valid ID is required.  Wheelchairs are available at the Show Coat Check outside Exhibit Hall D in the lobby, at the 6th Avenue & UPS store entrance and 6th Avenue and Korean Veterans Boulevard entrance.  For handicap accessible entrance, enter at the 2nd set of doors on 6th Avenue and proceed to where the Korean Veterans Boulevard MCC Ambassador will be stationed.

Am I allowed to bring my pet?
Pets or animals are not permitted in the building, except as an approved exhibit, activity or preapproved presentation legitimately requiring the use of animals, or as a “medical aid” pet.

Is Valet Parking Available?
Yes, limited Valet is available at the corner of 7th and Demonbreun Street.


What age is a student?
School age is considered a student

Are kids free?
Children 12 and under are FREE with a ticket purchasing adult.

Can you purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door, but we encourage you to purchase tickets ahead of time at the discounted rate. Our lectures and parties oftentimes sell out and there is no guarantee a seat would be available if you wait to purchase tickets at the door.

Can you purchase tickets at the door on Sunday?
Yes, you may purchase tickets at the door on Sunday.

I selected Print at Home tickets, but can’t find my tickets in my email. What do I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you cannot find them there, please call our ticketing hotline: 888-491-6310

I am on my way to the Show and forgot to bring my ticket. What do I do?
Proceed to the Box Office located at the Show entrance. We can look up your ticket order and reprint your tickets. Identification is required.

We can also scan the barcode via your mobile device if you pull up the emailed ticket that was sent to you.

How do I get a group discount code?
Go to our website and click on “Plan Your Visit” follow directions to register your group for a discount code. It is super easy!

What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable for its a fully charitable show.


I lost something at the Show, do you have a Lost and Found?
Yes, call the Music City Center at 615-401-1300.

Are there ATM’s in the building?
Yes, the Music City Center has two ATM’s for public use (one at the UPS counter at the corner of 6th and Demonbreun and the other at the corner of 5th and 6th Avenues outside on the Omni Hotel side of the MCC.)

The Show is an annual charity event whose purpose is to raise funds for two beneficiaries; Cheekwood and ECON Charities, by exhibiting the highest quality antiques, landscaped gardens, and horticultural items and by offering a related educational outreach program.

Our Beneficiaries:
Cheekwood is a 55-acre American Country Place Era estate featuring 12 distinct gardens, a woodland sculpture trail, an 8,000-piece permanent art collection, and Georgian-style Mansion with historically furnished rooms and galleries. Over 225,000 visitors come to Cheekwood annually for year-round seasonal festivals, world-class art exhibitions, breathtaking gardens, and educational and public programs for all ages.

The Economic Club of Nashville (ECON) is a nonprofit dedicated to raising funds for more than 20 important charities focused on children and families in the Nashville area.
